Alcoholic kombucha? Isn’t kombucha already alcoholic?

Most kombuchas have only a small trace of alcohol – less than 1% each bottle. To make our Bootleg Booch 3.5% ABV it is twice fermented using a traditional brewing process, resulting in a crisp, refreshing alcoholic kombucha range.

How much sugar is in Bootleg Booch?

Bootleg Booch has only up to 2.0 grams of sugar per 100ml, this is up to five times less than some mainstream ciders and RTDs on the market. Whilst sugar is integral in the fermentation process of the alcohol we make sure there is very little left in your bottle at the of the process.

Is Bootleg Booch Gluten Free?

Yes, absolutely! Bootleg Booch is naturally gluten free. None of our ingredients contain gluten, and our brewing facility does not produce any products that contain gluten either. However, if you have Coeliac Disease or are sensitive to gluten it’s best that you consult a health professional for advice.
