The taste of carrots is a unique composition between sweet, fruity and more harsh or bitter flavours. Carrots can be eaten raw or steamed, roasted, baked and even juiced. They go well with butter, beef, chicken, cumin, feta and honey. They're an excellent source of vitamin A; good source of dietary fibre.
