Celery
Celery is a raw vegetable with a coarse, earthy taste. It's salty and bitter in taste with loads of crunch. It can add depth to the flavours while cooking, especially soups, sauces and casseroles. It's a good source of vitamin A, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium and dietary fibre.
