The dry summer heat in partnership with the cool evening breeze created by Cooba Mountain, produces grapes with optimum sugar levels and acidity. This unique climate, creates beautifully balanced wine with minimal disease pressure allowing the vineyard to be run in a sustainable, environmentally friendly manner.
