Ginger root extract that is so typical of the flavour of Australian ginger is brewed with natural acids such as lemon and our naturally carbonated, pure mineral water. We use a speciality yeast that gives it a clean taste. Australian Certified Organic and Winner of the 2016 Australian Organic Product of the Year.
