First Creek Wines is a family owned and operated winery based in the Hunter Valley, Australia's oldest wine producing region. The first Chardonnay in Australia was produced in the Hunter Valley. Our style is very much fruit driven, with oak being 'a flavour' rather than 'the flavour'.
