Buk Choy Baby
The stems, thick, firm, and slightly curved, ranging in colour from white to pale green. The delicate leaves are dark green to light green and are crisp, smooth, and wide. Baby Bok choy is tender and crunchy with a sweet, fresh green flavour. Can help make a delicious plate of mixed greens with oyster sauce or a nice stir-fry. Bok choy is an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, and beta-carotene. It is a very good source of folate, calcium, and vitamin B6 as well.
