Happily, typical weather returned in August, and the absence of weather extremes led to beautiful, and faster than normal, ripening. Ending up as a relatively short eleven-week harvest, was yet another vintage of excellent quality.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Mount Hermon White is a blend of white varietal grapes harvested from vineyards on the cool Golan Heights.
