Preparation
Perfect as a muesli base, porridge or use in baking. To prepare as a porridge, add 1 part 5 grain and 2 parts milk or water to a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes stirring frequently. Serve with a splash of milk, some maple syrup or rapadura sugar. If your taste buds are looking for something new, try adding your favourite dried fruits or some cinnamon whilst cooking. Enjoy!
