The Louis Jadot Savigny Les Beaune La Dominode is a fresh, frank and vivacious wine of considerable charm. Bright red fruit is framed by a refined fragrant bouquet and a silky texture, with excellent acid balance and persistence. It shows excellent balance between the ripe tannins and the elegant yet concentrated fruit, resulting in a silky, approachable wine, even when young, although it may be cellared for 7-10 years. Perfect with roasted poultry, especially quail, pheasant and duck. Richly flavoured game meat dishes and aged hard cheeses are a perfect pairing.
