Spiced Pear Paste is the perfect accompaniment with creamy blue cheese, traditional French Brie, cloth wrapped cheddar & Parmigiano Reggiano.
Serving Suggestion
For any paste left over from the cheese plate, try adding it to a ravioli filling of fresh ricotta, or melt with a little Verjuice and brush onto the scored fat of a leg of ham before baking.
