Mamma emma - Fresh Gnocchi - Gorgonzola
Mamma Emma fresh gnocchi preserves the flavour and texture of gnocchi dumplings made generations ago.
They are soft and delicate, made with few ingredients & plenty of goodness!
Fresh potatoes, fresh eggs and bakers flour. A short list of ingredients that ensures authenticity, without preservatives.
These dumplings have been stuffed with Gorgonzola DOP. Real gastronomic excellence!
Fry chopped walnuts in a little melted butter.
Boil gnocchi in boiling salted water. Drain when they come to a float. (only 1 minute!)
Toss hot gnocchi with walnuts.
Top with roughly grated pear to serve.
So simple & super delicious!
