Melon Spanish
The Spanish Melon is gold to bright yellow striped skin, it belongs to the melon species. They are green on the outside with creamy yellow flesh, like a honeydew but generally sweeter in taste. It leaves you refreshed, and your palate cleansed. It can be eaten by itself or used in desserts, salads, cheese platters, snacks and appetisers. It provides a good source of vitamin C and potassium.
