The fruit from the Moppa vineyard was hand-picked on 26 February, fully destemmed and spent 19 days on skins before being basket pressed into used French oak. The fruit from the Eden Valley vineyard was picked on 1 March. 25% was whole bunch fermented spending 15 days on skins before being basket pressed into used French oak. All portions remained in oak until final blending in September 2017. 26% whole Bunch.
