The high altitude, cool climate and volcanic red soils in our Orange vineyards are ideal for growing premium quality Chardonnay fruit. With the slightly creamy and buttery texture, pair with roasted butternut squash and goat’s cheese or a creamy chicken and mushroom pasta.
