Sliceable, and a new crowd favourite, this semi-firm cheese is complex in flavour and dense and creamy in texture. Rolled in chives, chilli, and garlic. A popular choice on cheese boards or delicious sliced in fresh sandwiches. Note: There is no chilli in the cheese itself, only in the coating. Weight approximately 170g.
Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Shelf life of approximately 3 months while sealed; however once opened is best eaten within 7-10 days.
