NOTES AND IMPRESSIONS OF THE WINE

2016 Trediberri Barbera is vivid and vibrant, characterized by a deep crimson violet. 2016 provided perfect conditions to Barbera, by raising up sugar and structure, though keeping acidity and low ph. We decided to harvest a bit later than usual, aware of the risk of a higher alcohol level and of a more difficult fermentation, but even confident that a bigger structure would perfectly balance the freshness of this wine. A big and vinous Barbera, yet very balanced and easy to drink. Amazing !!
