A refreshing and zesty sparkling made from early picked Chardonnay. The fruit is picked when showing crisp apple characters giving the resultant wine a youthful and lively palate. The wine shows lime and tropical fl avours with a sparkling fi nish, a touch of residual sweetness is left to create balance.
