Pinot Grigio is an Italian grape variety that thrives under the warm and dry growing conditions the local area off ers. The fruit is picked in the cool of the night and pressed immediately without crushing; processed as quickly as possible when cold so any pink colour in the berry skin is not transferred to the juice.
A delicate style showing pear and tropical fruit aromatics with a crisp, citrus fi nish. A fresh and zesty style, perfect on a warm day.
